This film documents an unconventional therapy session of a young woman; a therapy with horses, narrated entirely through images.

The film observes her first interactions with the horse that chooses her, gradually exploring the silent communication that develops between them. Though the therapist remains visible, he stays absent from the narrative as we focus on her feelings, her interiority. The connection that forms between her and the animal becomes an important part of her healing process.
