The film follows the story of five Moroccan nationals (three men and two women) who, after more than 25 years in captivity, manage to escape from the Tindouf camps just days before the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Green March. The camera track their journey through the desert as they face thirst, hunger, exhaustion, and a hostile environment.
